We provide software and mobile services for drilling fluid and operational data management. We are committed to protecting your privacy.
We collect personal information such as your name, email, phone number, company name, and location. We also collect operational oil well and mud engineering data you provide, along with device details, usage data, and cookies. Payment details are processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your full credit card number.
When you request a demo, we collect the business contact details and workflow description you submit so we can respond and assess product fit. Please do not include confidential well or customer information in a public website request.
We measure public page activity and demo requests using our own service. Source information can include the public page, referring website domain and bounded campaign labels; campaign attribution is carried between pages in browser session storage. Optional activity measurement respects the browser’s Do Not Track setting. Activity counts have an approximately 90-day retention window. Public form requests have an approximately 180-day retention window; automatic expiry and backup recovery can delay final deletion.
The public site does not currently load third-party advertising or analytics tracking tags. Contact info@opslink.ai to request access, correction or deletion of your demo enquiry.
We use this information to operate and improve our services, provide customer support, send important service updates, and support AI features. AI features may send relevant prompts and operational data to OpenAI’s API for processing; some responses are stored by the provider under the feature’s configuration.
We share data with service providers needed to operate the service and when required by law. We store data in MongoDB Atlas with encryption in transit and at rest. Data is retained for 1 year after account closure unless required otherwise by law.
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data, and you may opt out of marketing emails.
